Elsa has trained all over the world first starting at the Scottish School of Contemporary Dance gaining a National Certificate in Dance Artistry, then moving onto training at Performing Arts Studio Scotland completed both Higher National Certificate and Higher National Diploma in Dance Artistry. Following intense study in Scotland she moved onto training with Broadway Dance Center in the Online Training Program. After studying online she participated in the in person Professional Semester in New York City, where she was able to learn from great faculty such as: Shannon Lewis, Liz Picini and Shellia Barker.

Alongside training Elsa has been the dance captain for Pippin and currently the dance captain in Aladdin. Since graduating she has had frequent performing work as a Cast Dancer with Haven Holiday's working on the five main production shows: "A Night At Cala Gran", "Royal Rumble", "Festival", "Wonderstruck" and "Musikids". She has also performed and choreographed a number of shows for Parkdean Resorts.
